We are used to travel across the world and meet with people from different cultures. Business across borders is getting easier and international teams are no longer an exception. Still, even with perfect English skills on both sides, there are often glitches in communication.
This book by Erin Meyer provided me a more comprehensive understanding of how different people think and get things done in different cultures. It is based on empiric research and provides a framework with different dimensions.
